Story:
"Dad!!" I paused taking in the mare. "Dad! I know what horse i want." The chestnut mare lifted her head, grass drifted to the ground from her mouth. My fathers voice was strong. "I thought we agreed on a tamed Warmblood for your jumping." I couldn't take my eyes off the mare she was looking right at me her ears where slightly pinned but i don't think at me. "Well she's somewhat tamed i hear and shes a German Warmblood." i paused looking the mare over. "And look at those legs! I see jumping in there." I looked up at my father scared he would say no. I wouldn't let him. Would i? Something about this mare made the world stop. Although she might be a little dirty and maybe a little wild, and maybe not the best horse for what i'm training in, but i knew she was the one. The one i wanted. "Please.." I whispered. He signed and shrugged. "Fine. This is the only horse your getting though, not other once this one doesn't work out." I smiled. He walked away looking at the other horses at the auction. I had his blessing, and it would of been a lot more fun to bit and spend as much as i wanted on this horse, but when the time came i was the only person bidding on her. No one wanted her. "Okay lets start at 50 bucks." The man waited, and so did i before he said last call and i raised my hand. "Sold." He didn't sound happy. But she was mine. All mine. The mare slowly started walking to the fence where i was standing, and i just now realized, she had been looking at me the whole time. I held out my hand.
